Services.

This agreement applies to but is not limited to Hywell Ltd’s (T/A Lumanor) websites, applications, communications and any other services that state that they are offered under this agreement (“Services”). Registered users of our Services are “Subscribers”.

HYWELL LTD

You are entering into this Contract with Hywell Ltd (Company Number 7602145) T/A Lumanor and all of its related entities in the UK (referred to in this document as "we"," us" or" our").This Contract applies to Subscribers.

 

As a Subscriber of our Services, the collection, use and sharing of your personal data is subject to this Privacy Policy (which includes our Cookie Policy and any other documents and updates referenced in this Privacy Policy).

 

1.0       Notices and Messages

You agree that we will provide notices and messages to you in the following ways: sent to the contact information you provided us (e.g., email, mobile number, physical address). You agree to keep your contact information up to date.

 

1.1 Data Protection

You agree that your personal information may be stored by us in various forms including both electronic and hardcopy. You are aware that there are inherent risks associated with the transmission of personal information via the internet, however, we will take reasonable steps to maintain the integrity and security of any personal information we have stored, including taking reasonable steps to prevent interference and loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure of such personal information.

 

It is important that you protect your privacy by ensuring that no one obtains your personal information and you must contact us if your details change. If you do not wish to use the internet to transmit personal information you can mail or phone the Privacy Officer using the details below. Whilst all reasonable steps will be taken to protect subscriber’s information Hywell Limited accepts no responsibility or liability for losses or damages, whether direct or indirect, occurring as a result of loss, misuse or any other form of unauthorised use of our subscriber’s information.

 

If we no longer require your personal information for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy or we have received it inadvertently, we will take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it as soon as practicable, as long as it is lawful to do so.

 

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act) & General Data Protection Regulation 2018, the data controller (this is the entity which will collect and process the data) is Hywell Limited with its registered address at 719 North Circular Road, London, NW2 7AH.

We may modify this Contract, our Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policies from time to time. If we make material changes to it, we will provide you notice through our Services, or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. We agree that changes cannot be retroactive. If you object to any changes, you may close your account or unsubscribe. Your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to these terms means that you are consenting to the updated terms.
